Return & Exchange Window
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
Any request made after 3 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must provide a clear 360-degree parcel opening video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
The video must:
Be continuous and unedited.
Clearly show the sealed package before opening.
Show the product received and any issue with the item.
No return, exchange, damage, wrong product, or missing item claims will be accepted without a valid parcel opening video.
Return & Exchange Charges
A processing and logistics charge of ₹100 per product will be applicable for all return and exchange requests.
This amount must be paid in advance before the return or exchange process is initiated.
Payment can be made via Google Pay (GPay) or Paytm.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.
Requests raised after the 3-day return period.
Claims without a parcel opening video.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued after deducting the applicable return charges, if any.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval.
