5. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 3 days of delivery.
- A 360-degree parcel opening video is mandatory for any return, exchange, damaged product, wrong product, or missing item claim.
- A processing charge of ₹100 per product applies to all return and exchange requests and must be paid in advance through GPay or Paytm.
